Not too bad at it's job but just try getting it off your system.
It's like a virus. Get a free one off the Net instead.
Rating:  - Purchased 8 copied and I LOVE it. Much better than any Micro$oft software.
I first downloaded this program from Kazaa since then I have purchased about 50 copies for work over the years. I have had MINOR problems with it like an incomplete install but all I have to do is remove and reinstall no problem. Norton's virus scanner is not my favorite because it is slow compared to PC-cilin and it does not detect as many viruses but I still use it because you get a 1 year free trial. Rating:  - Norton, Don't Surf The Internet Without It!!!
Have just recently upgraded to Norton System Works 2005... This program has saved me hours of work and hundreds of dollars... 24/7 support, easy to use & install, great protection from all the creeps out there that want your private information... Everyday you go without Norton, you put yourself at risk, you have to wonder why when there are easy solutions for serious problems... Get System Works and have fun surfing the web, let the program do your worrying for you...

I am an old Norton Systems Works customer, and I have been relatively satisfied with their virus protection, especially the ability to download and upgrade through the Internet. Rating: - Norton GoBack = Good / Rest of Package = Trouble
I installed this software suite on my home PC about two weeks ago. The problems started almost immediately. I should have read some of these reviews more closely before purchasing.
#1: Get ready for your system to slow WAY down, especially when you boot up. There were numerous complaints about this from purchasers of Norton AntiVirus, so I'm assuming this is the particular piece of the package that causes the problems.
