Average Rating: out of 5 stars

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - If you have an HP 2605, you need this.
Plug it in, fire up the printer and it works. I'm now able to print photos bigger than 3x5 inches without crashing the printer, and time from clicking "Print" to printing is faster.

Nothing's going to improve the inherent speed of the print engine - that's a limitation of the built-in processor and the mechanical parts. Sadly, the 2605 engine is a slow one, but that's to be expected when buying a $300 color laser.

After the memory upgrade, I sent all 12 pages at once with no hiccups and it was ... Read More

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Ram OK, but did very little for the printing speed, so disappointed
Have the HP 2550L (uses the same RAM module). Saw very little improvement in printing speed after the upgrade (and its a notoriously slow printer already, so very disappointing).

The price is right with the Kingston Ram - the original HP memory is so overpriced it hard to believe they can sell it.
