Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - I'm no audiophile, but these are great
I'm no expert on headphones. But I've used these for listening to music, watching movies, playing electric piano, etc. The range and quality are great. For the price, you can hardly complain. I've found them very comfortable, but after a long period of time, they do seem to be tight fitting (especially if I'm wearing glasses, when they press the frames against my temples).

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Very Good Headphones
Seinnheiser HD-280 headphones are very good, I've only used them for 5-hours so far before my son borrowed them indefinitely to use with his keyboard. The sound is very good for the music I enjoy (latin mostly), like the over-ear design. Quality and comfort are okay, after an hour or so began feeling uncomfortable, but I think it's because they still need to be broken in. Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Worth every penny
While you will feel like a tool the first 5 minutes you have these on in public, that quickly goes away when you hear the quality of these. My only complaints are that the cord is a tad long, and they hurt after wearing for several hours on end.

As a bonus for my brothers and sisters who also live in the cold weather, these make great earmuffs :D

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - New Headphones
Over all these headphones perform very well. I use them mainly at home for my I-Pod and they sound clear and and are comfortable. The only drawbacks I find are that they are a little bulky, and could use a little more bass.
