This was a replacement for the same keyboard that I broke, but it is service that counts. The price on Amazon was competitive, but with free shipping (and the patience to wait 3 weeks) made it a good deal.

I've had my new keyboard for several weeks now and I love it. I have used several different ergonomic keyboards both at home and work, and out of all the ones I have used (and I have used some very expensive ones), this one is still my favorite. This is the best keyboard I have ever used. I suffer from arthritis and am status post bilateral carpal tunnel surgery. This keyboard keeps your hands in a normal anatomical position and is very easy to get used to. Excellent product. I highly recommend it.

The Microsoft Natural Elite is my favorite keyboard by far. I have been using one since 1999 (about 9 years now). Although I can probably type just as quickly on a straight keyboard, I am definitely more accurate on the Natural Elite. I have also used a Logitech "ergonomic" keyboard, but I didn't like the feel.
