Rating: - Product is excellent but it's very hard to pick it up.
Product itself is excellent. However, UPS makes if very hard for me to pick this item up. UPS requires a personal signature and no one could be at home weekday daytimes. UPS center doesn't open during the weekend in this area. I had to ask half day out of work to pick up this item. That costed me several hundreds of dollars. I would not purchase any items delivered by UPS next time.

When the original toner cartridge for an HP LaserJet 1000 became used up, I obtained a "just like new" reconditioned one through Staples. This cartridge never worked satisfactorily, leading me to suspect something was wrong with the printer itself. In an attempt to answer the question, I bought a new HP Cartridge and to my delight things are back to normal.
